Nature Kindy
Nature Kindy is an off-site program, which operates during Term 2 & 3 in different spaces in the surrounding Barmera community.
Children are encouraged to explore and appreciate their natural environment with minimal resources.
Research shows that connecting with nature and the outside world contributes to better long-term health outcomes.
Children are also able to explore, imagine, hypothesise, predict, work collaboratively and take considered risks during their play in our natural bush land.
We know that children’s development is enhanced by playing in the outdoor environment and leads to better academic outcomes long term.
Disability support
There is support available for children with disability. Talk to us for more information.
